Small group walks with real sniff stops. It's one of the best things we can do for a dog — great exercise, mental engagement, and a chance to explore together.

How is this different from regular daycare? ▾

Day Camp offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed around the perfect balance of structured play, socialization, and essential rest — not just a room full of dogs running around. Your pup enjoys supervised play sessions in small, monitored playgroups matched to their temperament and energy level. There's also dedicated crate-free meditation time built into every day so dogs can unwind and recharge. The result is a dog who had a genuinely great day — not just a tired one.

Will my dog actually get to run around and play? ▾

Absolutely — that's the whole point. Group walks, play sessions, games, off-leash time with compatible dogs — Day Camp is active and engaging all day long. The difference is that play happens in a supervised, controlled setting with the right group for your dog, so everyone's having fun and practicing good behavior at the same time.

Does my dog need to have training to join? ▾

Not necessarily. Dogs who are social and friendly are welcome regardless of formal training history. That said, dogs who've done training — especially with our team — tend to get even more out of the experience. If your dog has some behavioral challenges, we'd suggest a training consultation first so we can set them up for success.

How many dogs are in a group? ▾

We keep groups small — that's a core part of what we do. Small enough that every dog gets real attention and the group dynamic stays healthy. We'll share exact capacity details with founding members.

When are you opening? ▾

We're getting close! Founding member spots will open before any public announcement — join the list and you'll hear from us first with dates, details, and how to reserve your spot.

Can puppies come to Day Camp? ▾

Yes! Puppies with appropriate vaccinations are welcome, and honestly Day Camp is one of the best things for a young dog. Positive social experiences in a supervised setting during puppyhood makes a huge difference. We'll group them thoughtfully with other dogs at similar life stages.

Do I have to already be a Bark Spot customer? ▾

Nope — Day Camp is open to the whole Winter Springs community. Existing Bark Spot grooming and training clients do get founding member priority, but if you're new to us, you're absolutely welcome. We'd love to meet you and your dog.
